Her professional background spans multiple areas, including operational logistics, administration, human resources, and social program coordination.
In November 2022, Patricia began working for 1-800-Injured, where she worked as an agent supporting communication with clinics and scheduling new clients for medical appointments. This role represented a completely new professional experience, particularly in the field of personal injury cases, involving insurance processes and coordination with medical providers.
In August 2023, she transitioned into a new role with the launch of CONNEQT®. In this position, her responsibilities evolved significantly, including training platform users, conducting product demonstrations, processing and issuing invoices, and following up on payments. As the team expanded, she assumed leadership of the Success Team. In her current role as Success Team Lead, she operates in a highly dynamic environment, providing active support across the support and billing departments.
Outside of her professional life, she enjoys singing, and is currently an active member of her church’s choir. She loves spending quality time with her family.
