CONNEQT® was developed through years of hands-on experience working within the legal and medical referral space.
In 2014, Robert founded 1‑800‑Injured in Florida, building what would become a statewide legal and medical referral service. Frank and Alexia joined him early on, helping expand both the legal and medical sides of the network. As the organization grew, the team saw firsthand how challenging it was to manage referrals and keep treatment information organized across an expanding system.
By 2019, it was clear that the industry needed a more advanced, technology‑driven solution. Working closely with developers, the team began building CONNEQT V.1 — a platform designed to streamline communication, centralize information, and create a more efficient workflow for attorneys and medical providers.
Since that first build, CONNEQT has continued to evolve. Multiple upgraded versions have been released, each shaped by real‑world feedback and the changing needs of the industry. Today, the platform is more powerful and flexible than ever, with the ability to integrate with nearly any system that offers an open API.
In 2021, CONNEQT piloted within the 1‑800‑Injured network and quickly proved its value. Though the feedback was strong, valuable suggestions and changes were implemented. That momentum led to a major milestone: in February 2025, CONNEQT officially merged with 1‑800‑Injured. The merger united a decade of industry experience with a modern, scalable technology platform — creating a nationwide network, a stronger infrastructure, and a better experience for attorneys, medical providers, and the clients they serve.
Today, CONNEQT stands as a nationwide solution built on real challenges, real innovation, and a commitment to making the legal‑medical referral process smarter, faster, and more connected than ever.
