Alexia was originally hired by Robert during the early days of 1-800-Injured. While studying at the University of Miami, she held part-time roles within the personal injury space, gaining exposure to both the legal and medical sides of the industry before transitioning into a full-time position after graduation.
Since then, she has taken on a range of roles across the organization, with a primary focus on marketing and growth initiatives. Her work spans CONNEQT®’s ongoing software development, sales and marketing, and the coordination of internal projects that support day-to-day operations and expansion.
Prior to joining the organization, Alexia worked in the restaurant industry and gained sales experience at a private B2B company while in school. She also spent much of her life training, performing, and instructing as a dancer. Born in France, Alexia speaks fluent French and English, as well as conversational Spanish. Outside of work, she enjoys creative and active pursuits.
