He began his early career at Enterprise Rent-a-Car, where he quickly advanced and was promoted to Miami International Airport Manager at just 25. After consistently exceeding performance goals across his locations, Robert decided to pursue his own path.
He spent several years working with a few law firms, helping him gain valuable firsthand insight into the referral and treatment process. He later licenses 1-800-Injured Florida, where he and his team spent 5 years building a strong statewide network connecting attorneys and medical providers. As the network expanded outside of Florida, Robert recognized the need for a more efficient way to manage referrals and communication, and CONNEQT® became the solution. Robert is actively involved in all projects involving CONNEQT®, in addition to other ventures in the personal injury industry.
Robert is originally from Nicaragua, and loves spending time with his family, learning new skills, and playing music.
