Indiana joined the team in October 2022 with a focus on social media, and has since expanded her role into marketing and business development. She is actively involved in a variety of growth initiatives and frequently represents the company at industry events and conferences, where her outgoing nature allows her to build strong, meaningful connections. Her ability to balance strategic marketing work with in-person engagement has made her a versatile member of the team.
Before joining the company, Indiana worked as a Public Relations Manager at a Miami-based nonprofit supporting children in foster care. In this role, she gained experience across multiple areas, including content creation, social media, event coordination, sponsorships, networking, and media relations. She holds a Master’s degree in Communications Management from Barcelona, Spain, where she also completed an internship at a music startup. Prior to that, she worked at Carnival Cruise Line as a Project Coordinator, collaborating with international teams on ship safety projects. She began her professional journey at Florida International University, where she worked in the Registrar’s Office while earning her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Marketing.
Originally from Nicaragua, Indiana was born in Miami and raised between Nicaragua and the United States, with time also spent living in Spain. Her multicultural background has shaped her adaptability, resilience, and strong communication skills. Outside of work, she is passionate about music as a singer-songwriter, enjoys staying active, spending time outdoors, and traveling to explore new cities.
