Frank Gaitan serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder of CONNEQT®, bringing over a decade of dedicated experience in the personal injury sector alongside more than 20 years of expertise in operational strategy, systems integration, and large-scale business operations.
Frank was instrumental in the early expansion of 1-800-Injured, joining Robert to scale both the legal and medical operations of the network. Throughout this growth, Frank observed firsthand the friction points that hindered communication and data transfer. In 2019, he spearheaded the building of CONNEQT V.1, working directly with engineering teams to conceptualize a modern, secure, and highly efficient workflow designed to streamline attorney-provider interactions.
His strategic operational leadership has been core to CONNEQT’s rapid evolution, guiding the platform through multiple generations to its current open-API, highly flexible state. Today, Frank continues to lead operations, network relations, and enterprise integrations, ensuring seamless compliance and scale across the nationwide network.
